If you have booked a Flexible offer, which can be cancelled free of charge until 18:00, you pay directly on arrival at the hotel. If you have booked a special offer that cannot be cancelled/changeable, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card on the day of booking.
When you make a reservation on one of our websites, you automatically receive access codes to your customer area. To view, modify or cancel your reservation, go to the ace-hotel.com website, select the destination and click on BOOK. Click on "SIGN IN" at the top left of the page using your access codes. (one access for each ACE hotel is required) You can also contact the hotel directly by phone or e-mail. Our best rates are online! Take advantage of our advantageous rates on the website. Booking online at ace-hotel is fast, simple and secure. To ensure our competitive prices and availability, room prices are updated and availability is shown in real time directly from our reservation system.
We cannot issue duplicate invoices directly online.

All our hotels have baby cots. As requests may be higher at certain times of the year, we recommend that you contact the hotel you wish to stay in to check availability before your stay. You will find the contact details of all our hotels by clicking on "Our hotels" at the top right of your screen.

Of course! You can pay for your stay using holiday vouchers when you arrive at the hotel during reception opening hours.
At ACE Hotel your pet can accompany you to your room. A supplement of 6€ is to be expected.
At ACE Hotel, you are welcomed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by the smile of our receptionists. Due to the current COVID protocol, our rooms are held at your disposal at 4pm and we thank you for releasing them at 11am. Normally, our rooms are available at 12:00 noon and you can sleep in until noon... but at the moment, our maids are even more demanding to guarantee your safety.
